LatestMotorcycles.com: Italian auto maker Aprilia is all set to come up with its Tuono 1100 V4 RR. The motorbike was snapped shuttling down the roads of the Misano World Circuit near Rimini for a home base.  The bike later explored the area’s roads on the Tuono before it returned to the track to have a sample of the new RSV4 RF the same afternoon.

Aprilia has launched the new Tuono 1100 V4 RR and the Tuono 1100 V4 Factory as the latest naked bikes. Both the bikes have the same high performance chassis similar to the RSV4 superbike. They are also equipped with the latest version of Aprilia’s Performance Ride Control suite. The only difference is that the Tuono 1100 V4 has been equipped with the Ohlins suspension.

The new engine’s capacity has been increased to 1,077 cc. A huge step has been taken in terms of horse power with 8,000 rpm where the Aprilia says that 20 additional ponies have been gained. In terms of styling the RR and the Factory Tuonos have front fairings which are more aerodynamic and provides a greater wind protection. The lower seat helps the driver to stay out of the wind. In terms of passing power the Tuono takes the cake.

The Aprilia Tuono 1100 V4 RR is a bike that manages to combine the capabilities of a modern superbike with a comfortable package.
