2016 Can-Am Spyder F3T Review

The Can-Am is an amazing cruise to ride and unlike other motorcycles, it has detractors and supporters. It demonstrated its dominance and popularity in 2015 when it recorded a sales volume of 100,000 units. Moto riders who are used to riding two wheels get confounded when riding Can-Am at first, but after several rides, they get acquainted with the different controls and geometry, and they start turning it loose in the gorges.

After committing fully to the Spyder, they unveiled the 2016 Can-Am Spyder F3T to affirm their deal, and they have other models coming up as well.

2016 Can-Am Spyder F3T Review

Before 2016, Can-Am Spyder series comprised of F3, F3-S, RT, RS, and ST. While all these models were similar regarding designs, the Spyder F3-T is quite different as they have made it a complete cruiser with bagger segments and fixed pannier equipment.

Notable Highlights of 2016 Can-Am Spyder F3T

– Engine. The bike has 1330cc, an inline-3 engine that is liquid-cooled. It has an efficient fuel injection that makes it have a smooth power delivery and effortless cold starts. It has an oversquare engine because of having a greater cylinder than its stroke; 84 X80 mm. This means that it excel at producing and revving high power for their displacement. It has an engine capacity of 1300cc that produces a peak torque of 96 ft-lbs. and 115 hp.

– Weight- the Spyder F3T has a dry weight of 850lbs.

– Brakes. The front brakes have a dual 270 mm dual and four-piston discs. The rear brake has a 1-piston disc that has a diameter of 270mm.

– Exhaust. The cruiser emissions conform to EPA, CARB, and EU-3 standards.

– Safety. They come with a standard ABS and Standard Traction Control.

– Dimension. This motorcycle has a seat height of 26.6 inches and a length of 104 inches.

Release date and price

The 2016 Can-Am Spyder F3T will be available by May at a price ranging from $22,999-$23,099.
