Hollywood star Keanu Reeves and Arch Motorcycles have come up with their first motorcycle the KRGT – 1 which is so fast that it might seem like an invisible cigarette while on the road. The Bike from Arch Motorcycles has been custom made for Reeves that was delivered in 2011.
This has made the actor the face of the project. The bike has a two litre , 45 degree and an air cooled V Twin built so boost its speed. Reeves is not just Arch Motorcycles number one client but is also its financial backer. The KRGT – 1 is the mastermind of Gard Hollinger and his team of machinists, who worked hard in their warehouse near SpaceX.
When the bike was made, Reeves loved taking the test rides so much that he persuaded Hollinger to begin a venture in 2011. Hollinger said, “I really didn’t want to do it.We told Keanu all the reasons it wasn’t a good idea.” But now the company will be roughly manufacturing a bike in a week and will be having a price tag of $78,000 with a deposit of $12,000.
Reeves favourite bike has a height of 94.5 inches and weighs 600 pounds with a wheel base of 68 inches. The bike is powered by 122/hp 122 Pound feet and fuel injected 2,032 cc.
