The 2016 Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 RR ABS is a recent edition of a bare minimum dynasty. This evolutionary bike was conceived in 2002 when the company decided to strip away earlier accessories and replace them with handlebars on their superbike (at that time, it was the RSV mille). Engine

The 2016 Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 RR ABS engine is a 1077cc, V-4 that has most of the RSV4 motor’s impressive features. The primary goal of enhancing the high performance Tuono V4 engine was to increase effectiveness and riding pleasure on the road. To achieve this, the engine was increased to 1077 cc in line with the new cylinder bore which was changed from 78 mm to 81 mm. This increase resulted in higher performance as the power went up from 170 HP to 175 HP.

World Class Chassis

The Tuono’s chassis is in a class of its own. No other superbike is as effective and sporty than this ride. The twin-rail frame fashioned from cast aluminum boasts of perfect balance between flexibility and stiffness. The sleek works effectively with the 6 mm long swing arm, the corresponding suspension setups and adjustments of the electronic controls to give it a solid chassis that gives the bike great handling even at high speed or during change in directions.

Braking

The 2016 Tuono 1100 braking system features a pair of highly refined Brembo monoblock M432 calipers on the front. These mount pads with the best possible friction coefficiency compared to lightweight aluminum flanged discs.

Apart from the above specifications, other technical features of the 2016 Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 RR ABS include an innovative timing system, removable gearbox and FULL RIDE BY WIRE technology that eliminates direct connections between throttle valves and throttle grip.
