MV Agusta to launch three new bikes in 2016

Motorcycle manufacturing giant MV Agusta chief Claudio Castiglioni along with his son Giovanni revealed about its plans for the new superbike platform , which will launch three new models in2016. The new platform is based on the 1,000 cc engine with a new frame.

The Italian motorcycle giant manufacturer announced its plans to restart its superbike product line which is already successful. The event Gli amici di Claudio which means The Friends of Cloudio was held last week in Varese, Italy. The event also remembered the iconic owner of MV Agusta, who passed away in 2011.
The three day event was concluded with the revelation by son Giovanni Castiglioni. Castiglioni as the head of MV Agusta offered a glimpse it the strategy of the company. The new models will be launched in 2016 and the first line up will have a naked bike, a superbike and a crossover. The next line up is expected to focus towards the sports/adventure.
No specifications are made by Giovanni in terms of time frame but the three new motorcycles will surely be released in 2016. The new models promised by the company are expected to be unveiled at the EICMA in November, 2015.
