MotoUSA launches five entry level sports bikes

MotoUSA has launched its entry level sports bike for the world market. The segment was initially ruled by a single dominator which is the Kawasaki’s Ninja 250R. Later Honda introduced its CBR 250R in the sports bike segment. A few years later many more players launched their own versions of sports bike in the market.

MotoUSA has now introduced five of the entry level bikes to give a tough fight to the rest of the bikes in the segment. Out of the five launched just four fall in the strict parameters of the ‘sportsbike’ title and the one that stands out is the 2015 SYM T2 250i. The new bikes are for the new riders in terms of pricing as well as performance. The 2015 SYM T2 250i is priced at $3799 MSRP which is $600 less than the second most affordable bike in the segment which is the non-ABS equipped Honda.

The motorcycle is also $300 less than the Suzuki GW 250. As the bike is low on power it makes it less popular in the group. In terms of sportsbikes Yamaha and KTM are the new names in the segment and both the companies have displacement of more than 300cc and makes the RC390 and R3 which is poised to overpower the competition. Even the KTM offers the RC 390 with its powerful 375 cc liquid cooled single.

The Yamaha R3 also has received good reviews with impressive features and characteristics that suit the new riders. The Ninja 300 was launched in 2013 and fitted in the 300cc engine segment fresh riders who enjoyed the low displacement machine.
