British Motorcycle manufacturing giant Triumph has become the top selling European brand in the North America. The record sales figures in January has marked a good beginning of 2015. Reports mentioned that sales in January went up to 66% in the United States over the same period in January 2014.
On the other hand the 379% sales growth which was noticed in Canada has been extraordinary. The company went on to claim that it managed to overtake the sales figures of its Japanese competitor in January 2015. California and GP Bikes of Ontario and Whitby, Southern California Triumph in Brea have been listed as the top retailers in Canada and US.
Triumph Manassas in Virginia and Manassas is the top single line retailer. These retailers will be recognised by Triumph along with six of the leading regional dealers in the US with advertising packages on some motorcycle packages, identification on Triumph consumer website, a personalised gift and a special icon. Matt Sheahan, the COO of Triumph Motorcycles America said, “Triumph achieved a combined 82 percent increase in year-over-year retail sales in North America in January.”
Sheahan added that the figures have stated that Triumph is a growing brand and is directly related to the commitment of the dealer network.
